Old Testament Studies

The Old Testament, known as the Hebrew Bible, teaches us about the creation of the world and humankind. Within these 39 books we find a rich history spanning from the creation to Jesus’ birth. This is the history of the the Jewish people, which the Bible tells us are God’s chosen people. Just as knowing your history is the best way to understand what’s happening today, studying the Old Testament gives us a greater understanding of what we learn in the New Testament.
